Presentation of the Salons archéologiques at the Société académique du Valais

Ellinor Dunning and Camille Aeschimann were invited to present the Archaeological Salons project at the General Assembly of the Société Académique du Valais (SAV) on 11 April 2019 in Sierre. The SAV indeed awarded an extraordinary prize to the Archaeological Salons project as a citizen science project led by a female academic in August 2018. It was then agreed to present the project in detail to the members of the academy at their annual meeting. The project was very well received and was the subject of many questions.
