2021 Annual Conference ICOMOS/ICAHM in Leiden (The Netehrlands)Archaeological Heritage Management: Towards a People-centered Approach

Cynthia Dunning Thierstein participated in the ICAHM annual meeting with a lecture on universal accessibility to archaeological sites and parks. This resulted in a proposal to set up an international ICAHM working group to draft a resolution to be submitted to the UNESCO World Heritage Centre. The objective would also be to propose a manual for the implementation of universal accessibility plans at World Heritage sites.
